It is important to accept the shape and size of your body, and get over the fact that you are not a size 6 or 8, before you go shopping for a pair of jeans. When you do not accept yourself, they are negative thoughts, and they will make you have a negative image about yourself. Focus on the fact that you are a healthy woman. This will make it easier to find a pair of jeans that is so you!

It depends upon the manufacturer, of course, but larger size jeans usually come in sizes 14 to 28. Size 14 in a plus size garment generally corresponds to a 16 regular. Larger size dungarees are offered with “Misses” measurements and with “Junior” measurements. The former term means that the legs are looser, the hip section is wider, and the waistband sits higher than it does in the Juniors.

plus size colored skinny jeans

Jeans in a “junior” cut fit snugly in the leg and sit low on the waist. They are rather form-fitting, and full-figured shoppers should try on both jean cuts, taking into consideration their comfort and style, as well as the look. Model the different cuts in a full-length mirror, or, better yet, a three-way mirror, so that you can evaluate the fit from a number of perspectives. Make sure you are completely satisfied in every way before you buy. There is no best cut-it is a personal choice.

Full figured women who have a “pear” shape prefer boot cut jeans. A pear shaped body can be described as being biggest in the middle section (from the lower part of the stomach to the upper thighs).

Boot cut jeans are popular because they de-emphasize the longer part of the body, which is a slimming look. Boot cut jeans generally look better with shoes with a heel or even platform shoes instead of shoes with a flat heel.

Tapered jeans usually do not look good on a plus size woman and should be avoided, unless you really want to draw attention to the least liked parts of your body. Tapered style bottoms should really be reserved for the very thin girls.

Muscle building skinny guys do exist. In abundance mind you. You might be told that appearances do not matter, it is what you are on the inside, but they can say that because they're not in your shoes. I know because not long ago I was skinny too. I didn't have confidence in myself, I felt unattractive and I just hated being called skinny, lean or any other adjective, blunt or sugar-coated that described my small size. This article is my way of helping you to do what i did. First let me tell you more about skinny guy syndrome, and then I'll tell you how you're going to change that body of yours.

Back to hating being skinny. This is why there are muscle building skinny guys. We want to change the way we look and we want to put on some muscle. We don't want to look at the scale and see the needle barely move. We want to see much higher figures when we get on that thing. BUT HOW?

How will you succeed as a muscle building skinny guy. Lets face it. Not every skinny guy who tries to put on muscle succeeds. A lot of the time we fail and that is because we just don't know what to do and in some situations are just too plain lazy to get up and do it. Listen I'm going to be blunt with you. if you are the too lazy to do it type, you might as well click away from this page right now. But if you are the guy who'd do anything to get some muscle on your body, and you just don't know where to start, I've got great news for you.

Here's some of the advice I've bet you've heard already.

Eat more.
Sleep more.
Work out harder.

Come on, you already know all that stuff. But what do you eat, and sleep more? how will that work? And work out harder? You've already been spending every day in the gym hitting every machine.
NOW, I'm going to break it down for you.

So my muscle building skinny friend. Here's how you eat. Pay close attention. You need to take in around 20 calories per pound of body weight. This is only an estimate. If this does not work for you, step it up a notch. Extra calories means extra energy that will be used to build muscle. Now these calories must not all be chocolate bars and coke. You need to get some good carbohydrates to make up the majority of these calories. Things like oats, whole-grain foods, and rice are great. Keep in mind that you're skinny and you don't have to worry about getting fat. If at any point you do start getting a belly, getting rid of it won't be too hard.

The second largest portion should be proteins because these are your muscle building blocks. I won't yap about this because I'm sure you already know all there is to know about protein. Good oils, like Olive oil for instance are also the muscle building skinny guy's friend because they are precursors to the testosterone your body needs to produce for you to gain muscle. And TESTOSTERONE? That's the muscle building skinny guy's number 1 best friend.

Sleep right. There isn't too much to this, but you grow when you sleep, so make sure you get around 8 hours of sleep a day. The best hours to get that sleep are just before midnight till around 8am because research has shown that at these times your body gets the best quality of sleep. Power naps are great additions too.

Finally, Working out harder? So many muscle building skinny guys fail because they go overboard with this. They overwork their muscles. Try to spend less than 75 minutes in the gym, because after that point your muscle supplies are depleted and you lose more muscle than is good for you. Make those 75 minutes intense though. Don't go to the gym everyday either. As a muscle building skinny guy you should be doing maximum 3 days a week. and maybe a day of cardio. Yes. you heard me. Cardio. Contrary to what you've been told, cardio is actually very useful for muscle building skinny guys because it helps with hormone levels, your appetite and your fitness and endurance.

I hope that all muscle building skinny guys reading this article have a light going off in their heads. Eat right, sleep right, work out smarter, and when you work out push your body to its limits. Take Care my muscle building skinny friends. You're going to get big so soon, it's not even funny.

PS: the shock on people's faces when they see the changes in your body makes buying a very expensive camera worth it.

The right pair of denim jeans may be the single most important piece of clothing in your wardrobe and will without a doubt be the most versatile piece in your collection. Plus size denim lines are ever increasing and the trend focused options available in standard sizing are rapidly becoming available for the plus size community. From your favorite tee to a kimono top, your entire look can be changed without ever taking off your denim. However, what looks stylish and sexy on one woman, makes another one look frumpy or outdated. So, how do you know what's right for you? Below are some basic guidelines to follow when shopping for the perfect piece of denim.

The golden rule is: Know what thyself is workin with! If you got it flaunt it, accentuate the positives. Booty like J Lo? Mile long legs? These are the features you want to accentuate. Work with different washes and of the minute denim shapes like boot-cut and wide leg that enhance your favorite features.

What is your body style? Wide Hips, avoid the temptation of drowning yourself in relaxed fit jeans, they will only add inches where you're trying to lose them. Instead draw the eye down and balance the body with a pair of slight flare boot-cut jeans in a mid rise that's fitted throughout the hips. If you have short legs, make sure you pay attention to the length; this is one of the most important aspects when choosing a pair of jeans. Denim should be about a half of an inch above the ground when wearing heels or flats. Darker washes, with a front crease from the knee to the hem, also elongate your legs. A new option re-emerging is the higher waist trouser jean, which not only slims, but creates the illusion of mile long legs. Girls with a boyish figure or a body style considered to be rectangular will want to opt for a cut that will add the illusion of having curves, such as a mid-rise flare leg jean, where the denim is fitted through the hips and thigh, with the flare beginning above the knee.

The devil is in the details; you will want to consider different details of the jean itself. A fan of distressing and aged denim? Make sure not to go overboard. Extreme fading or jeans that appear to be destroyed may be popular with 15 year old pop tarts, but in reality can look tacky and dated. Dark denim in a crisp shape is always chic, as is a medium wash with well placed whiskering. Pay attention to pocket shape and angle. Hexagonal shapes that angle in towards the center tend to work best in creating a heart shaped booty for any body. Pockets placed slightly higher on the tush tend to make a flat booty look perkier and higher. Flap, or cargo pockets, also add some oomph to a small tush. Long pockets that pass the bottom of the tush are fantastic for shaping and lifting an ample booty. Avoid excess fading on the butt and the thighs, as they will make these areas look larger. Also pay attention to a lot of whiskering around the zipper area, which can also accentuate the hips. When considering rise, most women will be best served by a mid rise (a few inches below your belly button).

When choosing the right pair of plus size denim know your body type first and foremost, it is the basis of your search. Know which styles will work with your type and most importantly, what makes you feel fabulous.

Plus size women have long been neglected and outright mistreated by Hollywood. Yet, times are changing. Full-figured women are showing up everywhere in movies now and in more three-dimensional roles. While some of the movies on this list are clearly better than others, none of them were chosen for any sort of cinematic genius. They made the list because they handle the issues facing plus size women in a humane way. The characters are real people. They are so much more than just a fat girl punch line. So, grab some popcorn and make it a movie night.

1. Real Women Have Curves (2002)- America Ferrera stars as Ana, a Mexican-American teenager trying to find her way. The story explores family dynamics, ambition, body image issues, and more. Follow Ana as she enters womanhood, searches for identity, and struggles to mesh other people's belief systems with her own.

2. Shag The Movie (1989)- This lighthearted film set in the Summer of 1963 follows a group of four friends who intend to have one last girls' adventure before one member's upcoming wedding. Caroline, nicknamed "Pudge," is a chubby girl who loves to dance. While her friends run amuck all weekend, Pudge makes peace with herself, finds a guy, and shags 'til her heart is content.

3. Last Holiday (2006)- Queen Latifah stars as Georgia Byrd, a plus size woman who lives life on the sidelines until she discovers that she is terminally ill. Georgia promptly sets out to make at least some of her dreams come true before she dies. She takes the trip of a lifetime, eats with abandon, and gets herself a to-die-for makeover amongst other things.

4. Phat Girlz (2006)- Ah...what to say about this movie? Well, it's certainly the worst of the bunch in my opinion. The cinematography isn't great, the jokes are crude, and many of the attitudes expressed in it are contrary to all that I believe in. However, there are definitely some worthwhile aspects. Jazmin, the lead character, is a smart, talented business woman. Her struggles with weight and self-acceptance are very poignant. It shows different cultural beliefs about weight. And all the men are fit dispelling the myth that only fat guys are attracted to fat women. That's enough good stuff to watch this one at least once on cable.

5. Camp (2003)- Teenagers attend a performing arts camp. While most of the ensemble of characters struggle with figuring out who they are, the stand out for me is Jenna. Jenna's jaws are wired shut throughout most of the movie, a compromise made to avoid fat camp, but when she finally stands up to her overbearing parents...it's all worthwhile.

6. Circle of Friends (1995)- This film chronicles the dynamics of a single peer group in 1950's Ireland. Benny, our curvy heroine, experiences the ups and downs of love and betrayal. She shows strength and poise throughout where others fall incredibly short.

7. Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason (2004)- In this sequel, we see chubby overly analytical Bridget up to her usual antics in dating and living. Funny and heartwarming, this film is worth watching if for no other reason than one scene: Bridget attempts to get dressed under a sheet, fumbling around until her boyfriend tells her that he has "a very high regard for your wobbly bits."

8. Hairspray (2008)-While the earlier version captivated me, the latest one stole my heart. It's great to see women who are more than just a little chubby find self-acceptance and happiness. You have to love all the singing, dancing, and plus size pride abound. And you just can't beat John Travolta in drag!

Plus size garter belts have been around for a long time, but you don't hear about them very often because when people think of "plus size" they envision someone who is hugely overweight tromping around in some sort of humorous situation. While this can be funny to think of and watch in a movie, it's also a misconception of what plus-size really is.

Some of America's hottest stars are considered plus-size. Take Britney Spears for example who at recent shows was seen wearing several different plus size garter belts throughout the show. Kim Kardashian would also count as plus size; both women are thought of to be extremely sexy and while you may not see them in plus size garter belts most men probably wish they could!

Women like this help break down the stereotype of what plus-size really is and if you're a plus size woman you can do your part by being bold and sexy whenever you get a chance. Just because your ribs aren't showing doesn't mean you're not sexy!

Part of the reason for this stereotype is movies and magazines depicting the sexiest models and superstars as being extremely skinny. While they can also look very beautiful this definitely doesn't limit sexiness to this alone.

Plus garter belts are a good example of how to show off your sexiness in the bedroom no matter what size you are. You can find them online or in stores. While most women won't feel comfortable going to the store in person to purchase this, you can always try them on in store once, then once you know your size you need purchase them online.

Let me tell you, from someone who spent his adolescence as a skinny guy, that being rake-thin is no fun. Yeah ok, i could eat a horse and still have room for apple pie and ice cream, and not even put on a pound of weight, but what good is that when you look like a bean pole?

If you pack on even just a few pounds of muscle, it can make a huge difference, and of course, one of the most impressive places to gain muscle is on your arms.

Big, muscular arms turn heads...period.

But how can you get big arms quickly? Well, here I'd like to show you the most common reasons most skinny guys struggle in their quest of how to get big arms fast.

Big Arms Have 3 Major Muscle Groups

The big mistake that most skinny guys make when looking at how to get big arms fast, is that they tend to focus solely on the biceps and more or less ignore the triceps. That can cost you many wasted hours in the gym.

Look at any bodybuilder or fitness model and you'll notice that in many cases the shape of their muscular triceps is what really gives them their big arms.

FACT: Triceps are naturally bigger and stronger muscles than biceps. So if you're overtraining your biceps you'll only end up with disproportionate upper arms, then don't look or perform nearly as impressively as a good balanced well-trained arm.

How To Get Big Arms By NOT Focusing On Them

Now, I'm a great believer in compound exercises for skinny guys to pack on muscle - in other words I tend to advise people to avoid using isolation exercises (particularly for beginnners) as they will tend to tire out certain muscles before others and so you end up fatigued too early and with poor results.

If you're looking at how to get big arms fast then you'd do well to remember that by simply completing good solid all-body workouts, your biceps, triceps and overall arm size will increase substantially. In fact, if you watch some of the biggest guys in the gym you'll notice that they hardly train their arms specifically. They focus on increasing the size and strength of their chest, shoulder and back muscles and know that big arms are simply a result of that.

If you focus solely on your arms and fatigue them, then by the time you get to exercise your back and shoulders you won't have enough gas left to perform properly, thereby sabotaging your overall fitness and muscle mass gains.

Apply Constant Tension To See Massive Growth

Another mistake skinny guys make when thinking how to get big arms fast is the failure to keep the arm muscles under constant tension in order to see the most gains. The visits to the gym become more about lifting as heavy a weight as possible or doing as many reps as possible to get big arms, whereas in reality it should be about performing the exercises under control with good technique and focusing on working whichever muscles should be worked.

Full-figured women rely on Ripped Black Jeans  jeans as an essential part of their casual attire. There are many varieties and colors of jeans that are available for this group. If you are a plus size lady you can find jeans that are made for your specific body type whether you are tall or short, pear-shaped or well-rounded. There is a jean available that will emphasize your best attributes and camouflage your flaws. The right fitting jean is a great addition to any wardrobe.

The former term means that the legs are looser, the hip section is wider, and the waistband sits higher than it does in the Juniors.

stretch jeans plus size

The European clothing company, Edwin, has long since carved its niche in both women and men's designer clothing. Great looking distressed and vintage jeans, stylish tees and shoes and versatility are just a few of the hallmarks of the nearly half century old company. Founded in Japan, it's all about authentic and crisp looks born of unique visions and a dedication of keeping the world's love affair with denim front and center. Edwin followers are treated to great fits that stand the test of time, courtesy of the attention to detail and drive for perfection. The results of these efforts were remarkable and ever since, people from around the globe have scrambled to ensure they own the latest from this impressive men's clothing company (Edwin also has an impressive line of women's clothing, too). So just what do Edwin's design efforts bring forth in men's clothing? See for yourself -

The European Core offers what are perhaps the best chinos to be found. Slim fit with tapered leg - a must have for khaki pants - ensure a great fit. They also showcase a low front rise and copper wash rivet reinforcements. Weighing 6.5 ounces, these heavy stonewash pants are also available in black.

There are plenty of denim styles to go around, too. Jeans lovers just can't get enough of these vintage looks. Denim that's incredibly durable and shows just enough wear and tear to ensure that worn look is what works so well. Slim fitting, regular fit and a host of small details that separate it from the pack of other design labels that try, but always fall short.

Ready for summer? Kick it off with Edwin shorts. They include rolled up hems, reminiscent of the 80s, classic zip fly shorts and reinforced back pockets. Want attention to detail? The doughnut button fly definitely completes the look.

These are just a few of the many Edwin styles available. Its global following have made them a favorite choice for men's clothing in every country. Here for the long haul, Edwin has definitely made its mark.

Retailers all over the country are abandoning the plus size woman when it comes to stylish and trendy plus size fashions. Part of the reason that the plus-size apparel market is problematic for most retailers is because often times they are more expensive than "regular" sized clothes. This is because plus-size collections are expensive to make as much as 10% or more than standard lines. Experts estimate because they require additional fabrics and special fit models and patterns coupled with a dismal retail environment.

The sad part is that plus size women have very limited options for large women clothing. The designers and manufactures do not seem to mind just putting together old and ugly fashions especially for young people in their twenties and thirties who are overweight. Most plus size women do not mind buying clothes that are marketed as "plus size" if they did not have to choose from tent-like clothes or clothes that are designed for smaller frames just made bigger. When this happens it is not fashionable nor flattering.

The fact is being a large size woman does not make you ugly. But fashion designers have virtually forgotten about this market to the extent that even the models are so called plus size when really they only wear a size 12 at best with flat stomachs and toned body parts. This is not what the average plus size woman looks like. If fashion designers start making clothes with actual plus size women in mind, they might find more success.

Both women and men over the past 5 years have become increasingly more obese which means the demand for stylist, great colors, flexible sizes for the large size woman has extended far beyond what is now available. Plus size women feel more hopeless when they go into store only to find sizes meant for small women along with drab colors and ugly styles. Retailers should realize that plus size women are here to stay and they will buy if clothes meet the demand.

Unfortunately, plus-size shopper options are getting fewer each day. Even though large size women are the latest victim of the recession, the demand is still there. It is almost like retailers have ignored the demands of these customers and abandoned them. However, there are buying options that the plus size woman can have to stave the retail fashion standoff. Most of the plus size women have turned to catalog and internet buying with great success.

There are great catalogs and internet stores that provide great fashions and clothing for the plus size women that fit and have flexible styles, colors, and sizes to fit the large women. Maybe in the future the retailers will realize that their fashion buyers and designers have made a crucial mistake by ignoring the plus size clothing market.

Plus size women often times have a hard time knowing how to dress. Some want to hide under their clothes because they do not like being plus size. Others want to embrace their plus size and wear fun sexy clothes. Then the question becomes where to look for these clothes?

Not all stores carry plus size fashions. Women have to search for the stores or sites online that carry plus size clothes. There are several places to shop once women start looking into it. Not all of the stores or online sites have fashionable plus size clothing, though.

There are still places that carry only boxy type styles for plus size women. While the boxy clothes are great to hide a figure under they are not very flattering. Some plus size women do feel more comfortable in boxy plus size clothes though. So there is a place for them in the marketplace.

For the plus sized woman who wants to show off more curves there is good news. More and more clothes are becoming available that are highly fashionable and extremely flattering. Places like Lane Bryant and Catherine's are some of the stores that are offering such clothes. There are several online sites too, which we will discuss in a bit more depth later in this article.

Along with quality choose clothes that enhance the good parts of the body while playing down the problem areas. Bras are another major problem for plus size women. Most stores only carry up to maybe sizes 44-8 DD. A lot of women wear beyond these sizes. 48I and even up to 52M can be required. A great source to turn to is either special bra catalogs or sites online. Sites such as http://www.justmysize.com and [http://www.lanebryantcatalog.com] have a wide range of hard to find sizes. There are several other sites that can be found too.

Another area where great strides have been made is swimsuits. Plus size swimsuits are so fashionably made today. They can even be equipped with extra tummy control for a slimming look. With all the different colors, styles and patterns it is a joy to go shopping for plus size swimsuits now.

There are stylish dresses, skirts, pantsuits, blouses and more being specially designed for the plus size women. Even wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses are on the market that are absolutely gorgeous. So women of plus size ca rejoice in the fact that the designers are realizing they exist and deserve in style clothes.

Chances are if the models in the catalogs do not look good in the clothes they are modeling people will not want to buy from that catalog. One such catalog is Junonia. Their clothes seem to be boxier in shape. It is a fine place to shop if women want to hide in their clothes. But for those women who want to flaunt what they have they need to look elsewhere.

Two of the stores that carry very stylish plus size clothes are Lane Bryant and Catherine's. These stores have several locations so women maybe able to find them nearby to them. They also have online sites. Online there are several sites to buy plus size clothing these include the following sites: justmysize.com, lanebryantcatalog.com, jessicalondon.com, and womanwithin.com There are many more sites though to find when looking online so a woman does not have to limit herself to just these that are listed.

The main thing to remember is that a plus size woman can dress in stylish nice looking clothes today. The fashion industry is now designing better plus size clothing.

What is it about lingerie that gets us attracted? Is it the fabric, the feel, the seduction it brings in or the fact that it is considered sexy? Well I think it is a sweet amalgamation of all those factors mentioned above. It brings out your femininity and puts it on the spotlight. Lingerie is mainly purchased by women to look sexy and feel confident about their physical self and to work magic on the minds of their men. No matter how you look at the normal days but sexy lingerie does make you look not less than a sultry actress in the movies.

Lingerie is available in plenty in the fashion market around the world. You have a plethora of state-of-the-art patterns and designs along with incredibly smooth and silky fabric to add that extra zing to the comfort levels in wearing them. However, in this size savvy world where pictures of slender and slim models and actresses dominate the media emphasis is given to sexy clothing for the "perfect" trim bodied females rather than our voluptuous sisters. The lingerie in the plus size sections has limited choices. Women, no matter what size they are, need to look and feel confident about themselves. And when plus size women find it hard to find the right kind of lingerie in lingerie stores it is a sad situation.

Taking these problems into consideration there have been some newly launched websites that cater to the needs of our plus sized beauties. With the advent of the internet it is not difficult any more to get your hands on some exclusive lingerie types that are present in great numbers and sizes on these websites. Not many lingerie stores may have what you require and you feel a little let down when you do not get the freedom to choose the lingerie of your liking. On the other hand, sexy plus size lingerie available on the internet makes it extremely comfortable for you to purchase the sexiest lingerie without even a slight bit of embarrassment of buying them in public.

Plus size women lingerie are available in different forms like babydolls, leather lingerie, stockings, teddies, corsets, bustiers, camisoles, chemise sets, sleepwear and gowns, garter sets, thongs, panties and sexy bras. They are available in sizes that are well defined in these websites. They guide you through the various size definitions with the help of your vital statistics. These websites also have images of plus size models wearing the lingerie which gives you a fair idea of how you would look in them. You could also indulge yourselves into the kind of lingerie that forms a part of your fantasy. You would have no issues of shopping for the kinkiest of the lot when you are shopping online.

Spring 2007 is here. If you've got flab you'd like to hide, this is your season. Tight fitting clothes are out. Loose clothes are in. That means, clothes are so much more forgiving this season, with plenty of room to hide that extra pint of ice cream you'd just eaten.

Some of the new clothes, though loose are best avoided. You want to hide the excess, not make your hips look even bigger than they are. That means a tulips skirt is out.. that is unless you have a really small waist.

A look I particularly like at the Spring 2007 shows in Milan is the wrap top over loose pants. It skims the figure, hides the flab and less than perfect legs yet hints at curves with subtle sexuality. Another look for spring that is forgiving on real women is the slouchy dress. Yet another is the baby doll long dress with a high waist, but flows loosely to the hem of the skirt. Watch out for huge, puffy sleeves though. They might make you appear even larger than you are. Then again, you might be able to carry them off. Try them and scrutinize yourself in the changing room before you decide whether to adopt that look this Spring.

If you have flabby arms, then indulge in those dresses with long sleeves. I saw some gorgeous ones that skim the figure forgivingly and hide the arms completely. Dresses like these would give a svelte illusion.

Also great for plus size women is the A-line trench coat. That is the most flattering cover all you can buy as it hides the flab and hints and a womanly figure.

One problem with loose dresses is that any hint of tummy might have people think you're pregnant. Avoid that embarrassment by wearing tummy control shapewear [http://www.women-plus-size-clothing.com/plus-size-shapewear.htm]. It'll make a world of difference.

To update your wardrobe for Spring 2007, you need these.

  • Loose pants in a neutral color
  • A slouchy dress
  • A belt to define your waist
  • Shapewear
  • A flowing long dress with bell sleeves
  • A wrap top
  • A trench coat [http://www.women-plus-size-clothing.com/plussizetrenchcoats.htm] that is either A-line or one that is belted at the waist.

As mentioned earlier, a well designed plus size swimwear would detail your body curves to make you look more attractive and give you comfort while spending your day at the beach or on a cruise. Make sure that the cuts are not too revealing especially under your arms or high leg cut because the extra fat will bulge out from here and there, and it will make you look unflattering. Some good styled swimsuits such as empire waist, large straps, under wire are highly recommended if you have a large bust; avoid unfitted swimwear which will give you discomfort when you are in or out of the water.

There are many different colours or patterns (prints) for swim wear but you should choose the colours and prints that suit your real size shape. Choosing colours for plus size swimwear also depend on your skin colour; if you have a pale complexion and you choose black swimsuit, it definitely would not look good on you. There are some colours that all skin types (pale, dark, fair skin... ) can wear i.e. dark purple; red; emerald green; turquoise; blush (light pink, nude). Since you are a plus size woman, you should not choose blush colours as they will not give a trimming image but you can choose one of the other colours above. If you are short, swimwear in solid colours will make you look taller and slender.

With plus size swimwear prints, stay away from bold prints on areas you don't want to emphasize, instead, wear large prints on the best area which you want to drive the eye to. For instance, if your bust is smaller than your hips (pear shape), large bright patterns on the bust line combined with plain or darker colours on the lower part of the swimsuit will emphasize your bust and give your hips a trim illusion. Busy all over prints in bright or dark coloured swimwear can flatter your appearance and they will distract the eye from stopping on your least favourite area.

Plus size swimwear has become popular in the fashion industry with a variety of styles as a lot of designers realistically recognise the market. But again, many of those designers are experts in making tiny swimwear for stick thin models, it does not mean they would do a good job in making swimsuits for plus size women. You should go for brands which are made by designers who specialise in plus size because they have experience in that particular field.

If you follow the above guidance, you would find that buying a flattering plus size swimwear, which would make you look flatter and younger, is not a difficult thing and you would be proud of wearing it on your favourite holidays.
